The Full Heal Power Up Pad exists in only one place in the world and was probably a test from Red 5 devs
Effect and Apearance[]
Unlike Normal Health Pads in New Eden, which only heal 750 hp and are very common, Full Heal Pads totally heal a player and exist in only one location.

The Full Heal Pad looks like a normal Health Pads with the floating green cross and a green highlight up to it but the Full Heal pads has an almost transparrent green bubble around them.
Location[]
The only current location of the Full Heal Pad is next to oilspill's office at Thump Dump, in the Eastern hanger accross the dropship landing pad from the SIN uplink.
